GSR Represents Global Energy Producer in Lease of 41,000 SF in Middlesex New Jersey

Garden State Realty is pleased to announce it’s representation of Galileo Technologies in the Lease of their new 41,000 SF East Coast Headquarters location at 333 Cedar Avenue in Middlesex, New Jersey.  Galileo Technologies is a leader in the Liquified Natural Gas Energy sector as well as clean energy solutions and had a very precise requirement to be fulfilled for it’s new east coast facility.  Some of parameters included exceptionally high ceilings and crane systems with heavy load capacities.  GSR was successful in identifying a facility that checked all the boxes at 333 Cedar Avenue.  Robert M.
